How do I login?
Located at the top right corner of the page is a link named 'Members Login'
I am unable to send messages to other people.
Before you may contact anybody, your own profile must be completed and approved.
I have just submitted my profile, how long will it take to be approved?
Although we receive a high volume of new profiles that we must individually screen and approve everyday, we work hard to get new profiles approved as soon as possible. This usually takes less than 24 hours.
My profile does not show up in the search.
Your profile is not enabled. This maybe because you have disabled it or because the customer service team decided that it was incomplete or
inappropriate.
If I have met my life partner on iMarriages and no longer need my account, how do I remove it?
If you no longer wish to use, or no longer need our free dating service and would like your profile removed, go to your profile and click ‘disable.’
What do I do when I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, iMarriages has created a quick and easy, yet safe and secure way to recover your password. This can be accessed through a link on the login page, or go to: http://www.imarriages.com/lostpassword
How do I put a photo on my profile?
Go to your own profile by clicking the ‘Profile' button. On the left side you will see a heading called ‘Options’ and under that a link ‘Change Your Photo.’ Click that link. Once this is done, select the ‘Browse Button’ and choose a picture from your personal selection on your computer.
How do I first communicate with someone?
When taking that first step to getting to know someone, you must first be logged in on www.imarriages.com then you must go on to that persons profile and click the ‘Write to Her/Him’ button. This will take you to a page that lets you write your own personal message and send it privately to the person of interest.
What do I do if I need to update my profile information?
If you would like to update your profile, you may do so by going to your profile page. Select "Edit Your Profile" from the options on the left.
Abuse
I am receiving abusive or inappropriate mail from another user, what can I do?
The first thing you should do is notify us by clicking the 'report' button on the message. After that you can ignore all messages from
this person by opening their profile and clicking the ignore button at the top of their profile.

Where do I go to share the news that I met the love of my life on iMarriages?
To share the happy news of love found you will need to send your story with your personal details to our Love Success Team at success@imarriages.com We thank you for any stories you can share with us, it lets us know that what we believe in and work so hard for is really helping people and it allows us to display stories to give other users hope in finding their own love.
Why does the matchmaker suggest I like people of the wrong gender?
You have incorrectly filled out your profile. Go back and change the gender of your prefered partner to something more suitable.
